Volunteer

Volunteering with OUSA is a great way to get involved on campus, help other students, gain invaluable experience, and meet some amazing people! Volunteers are the lifeblood of OUSA and the only requirements are a great attitude and a willingness to help out.

Opportunities

Events Crew

Events volunteers help at every OUSA gig including Orientation, Re-Orientation, The Dunedin Craft Beer and Food Festival, Hyde Street, Art Week, Battle of the Bands, the infamous Capping Show and the Market Days. Gain firsthand experience running some of the biggest and best student events in the country! Email us - volunteer@ousa.org.nz .

ARE YOU OK?

This team provides water, a chill out space and the opportunity to connect students with peers during OUSA events, as well as a safe ride home after the events. With full training and supervision provided, it’s a very interesting (and hilarious!) time.
