AMENDMENT TO EXECUTIVE FOURTH QUARTER REPORTING DATE
Owing to Francisco and Ruby attending the NZUSA Presidential elections and other executive being away some of the executive reports would be late. So all agreed to extend the fourth quarter date.

Moved from the Chair
sc83/13 THAT motion 12/13 from the Executive Meeting held on 26 February 2013 be amended as below:

THAT the Executive fourth quarter reports be due to the Secretary by 1pm on Monday 9 December 2013.
