ELECTIONS RULES TO RESCIND
Owing to the rules being attached to the Elections Policy now it was prudent to remove the old version.

Third quarter reports – a reminder these are due 1pm 20 September.
Returning Officer – The Secretary has appointed Ben Baker as Returning Officer however he is yet to sign his contract.

Joel notified the meeting that Jamie Green could be unavailable as moderator for the forum on 13 September although nothing is definite. Would the Executive like to consider Aaron Hawkins as his replacement?
It was agreed to wait and see what happens before a decision is made.
Te Mana Akonga National Māori Uni Students’ Assn - Tiana informed the meeting she was elected on to the national association executive this week.

447/18 THAT OUSA congratulate Tiana Mihaere on being elected as Treasure/Secretary of Te Mana Akonga National Māori University Students' Association.

Māori Language Week – 10-16 September is Māori Language Week.
OUSA Survey online – there has been good interest so far.
Art History department – student Hui on 3 September at 1pm in the Otago Room.
