OUSA UPDATES
All Boards now set up and papers signed and sealed. Thank you to the Executive for meeting last Saturday to get this finalised.
Dunedin Craft Food and Beer Festival – tickets are selling very well.
OUSA Strategic Plan – Debbie has been holding meetings with each department and staff to integrate the overall operational areas into the plan. It is very positive and going well.

BLUES AND GOLDS PANEL MEETING MINUTES
Haki would like to suggest ideas for the sports criteria as seems outdated and a bit ambiguous. He will put it in writing and present to the next Policy committee meeting.
GENERAL BUSINESS
The Audio Visual Drop Kicks CEVICHE band – Congratulations to Kaia Kahurangi Jamieson, Welfare and Equity Representative and her band for topping number 1 in the Radio One Top 11 charts. Loud applause was heard.
A suggestion to divide the International Representative and the Clubs and Societies Representatives positions to five hours each to include a Cultural Representative position. Cyrus and Emz will draft a proposal for the Executive to consider.
‘Shit Flat Tour’ – if anyone knows of flats that are run down and in rough condition, please let Lilly know as they are going to view as many as possible as part of their campaign.
