INWARD CORRESPONDENCE
As attached. The University of Otago Rowing Club wished to thank OUSA for the installation of electric opening doors down at the OUSA Aquatic Centre on their boat bay. This has made life safer and saves a lot of time and effort.
TE RŌPŪ MĀORI UPDATE
Working on handover
Busy with exams
Te Rōpū Māori Ball this coming Saturday at the OUSA Aquatic Centre, 150 tickets sold.
Haki said there is a review of the Māori translation on the signage at the clubs and societies centre.
There has been 7 or 7 AGM’s this year thus far, also attending UOPISA AGM soon.
Te Rōpū Māori elections coming up, and Haki wished to thank Critic for their patience and extra work helping with the information getting into the Critic magazine.

GENERAL BUSINESS
Student General Meeting – a successful meeting was held and the Queer Representation motion passed.
Quintin addressed the meeting to inform our members present that the question in our recently held referendum – Should OUSA include a Queer/rainbow Representative on the OUSA Executive committee? Didn’t pass.
Well done to Imogen and the other enthusiastic helpers to managed to reach the quorum. Thank you!
OUSA Supervisor of the year – this function is scheduled for 19 October at 3pm in Auahi Ora.
Titanic Show Case – this weekend.
OPA major clubs’ ball – Museum on 30 September.
Sean Norling leaving function – please try and attend this morning at 10.45am in the atrium.
Referendum comments – these will be discussed at the next FESC meeting, and all are invited to this meeting on October 5 at 2pm. Emily Fau-Goodwin will send out a calendar invitation to all exec.
