The executive gave an overview of what they have been doing.
TE RŌPŪ MĀORI UPDATES
Gemella gave an overview of what the Te Rōpū Māori executive have been up to.

UOPISA UDPATES
Telelikiliki gave an overview of what the OUPISA executive have been doing.
OUSA UPDATES
2 health and safety incidents reported. The health and safety committee will be asked about the first aid kits around the buildings be monitored occasionally. Not only for replacing stock but checking for expired items.
New App working well and the staff feedback has been really positive.
Sophia Crestani Coroners findings are being released on 7 October. Debbie and Keegan will be attending.
The Clubs and Societies building roof repairs etc are still in the planning.
Radio One Market Day in the Link today.
Debbie will be in a Holding Board meeting most of the day tomorrow.
NZUSA UPDATES
It is likely that all debts will be paid and to wind up the Association. The Presidents’ committee has been set up.

345/24 THAT OUSA sends their condolences to family and friends on the death last week of Manuja Samarasinha - nee Senevirathe who was the International Officer in 2001.

The Slackline affiliation has been deferred for another week as they need to use the OUSA template and make other amendments.

SPS – SOCIETY FOR POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS
SPS - newly formed postgraduate society, have supplied a budget, attached to apply for funding of $1,144.81. It was agreed the koha of $100 should be removed.

There was loud applause for Tara Shepherd who won the Outstanding Member of the Otago Community Award at last evenings’ function.
GENERAL BUSINESS
TAB fun – the executive is running a little syndicate to see who can guess the number of votes cast at the 2025 Executive Elections.
