Location: OUSA Main Office | 640 Cumberland Street
Employment and hours: Permanent Monday – Friday |30 hours per week
Remuneration: Low-Mid Scale E on OUSA Salary Scales

About the Role:
Due to an exciting new opportunity, we are now seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who will proactively provide high-level support to the CEO of OUSA and OUSA Holdings Board and its subsidiaries. As a crucial work partnership with the CEO, this role holds a significant level of trust and responsibility as it directly contributes to the services and support provided by OUSA for our students.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing all levels of administrative tasks for the CEO
• Contribute and assist with ongoing projects, including drafting and preparing high-level documentation
• Communicate internally and externally on the CEO’s behalf
• Pre-empting CEO needs and ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
• Minute taking and preparation of agendas for board meetings
• Manage and maintain all board documents as required by the CEO and Board chair
• Coordinate meetings, including venue and date bookings
• Proficient use of Board Pro (or similar) for taking and finalising minutes
 
Skills and Experience:
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
• At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative support role
• High level of organisation and proactive with workflow
• Ability to create documents to a high standard and work effectively with limited guidance
