Otago University Meditation Club
**Yoga & Meditation Club**
The club offers weekly classes for both students and non-students, led by trained instructors with a minimum of 20 years of experience. Classes take place during Semesters 1 and 2, featuring new content added each week. Sessions are held on weekday evenings, and the schedule for 2025 will be announced at the end of February after room allocations. In the meantime, we encourage you to sign up as a pending member and become a full member once you confirm your attendance.
**Classes Include:**
- Yoga postures
- Relaxation techniques
- Instruction and meditation practice
Experience the benefits of yoga and meditation, which can significantly reduce stress and improve focus and concentration. Our classes cater to both beginners and advanced participants. Mats are provided.
**Cost:**
- Free for students, with a one-time $8 membership fee per semester for regular participation.
- Non-students can attend for a donation.
