Hyde Street Party Ticketing Process
There are two ways to get your mitts on tickets
Option 1 – Be a Resident of Hyde Street, Be a Guest of a resident of Hyde Street, Be a resident of Adjoining Streets (Clyde, Leith or select addresses on Fredrick or Albany Street)
- Residents get their link to PURCHASE on the 5th of March
- Residents will only get codes to their guest tickets AFTER they have purchased their own ticket
- Residents must buy their ticket before 11PM Tuesday 1st April to get guest tickets
- Guests must buy their ticket before 11PM Tuesday 1st April
^^ Yeah those dates and times are the same – so dont wait around and get your tickets for you and your guests EARLY
Adjoining Streets get codes to REGISTER on the 5th of March, they MUST register before 5pm, 18th March to get a ticket.
- Adjoining streets will get their link to PURCHASE at 4pm, 19th March
- Adjoining streets must buy their ticket before 11PM, Tuesday 1st April.
ALL UNCLAIMED GUEST AND ADJOINING STREET TICKETS WILL BE PUT BACK INTO THE GA LOTTERY
Option 2 – Register yourself and your friend group in the lottery
- You can only enter the lottery ONCE
- YOU MUST be an Otago University or Otago Polytechnic Student 2nd year or above
- You must have a vaild student ID
- You must be 18+
Anyone not meeting the above criteria will be automatically deleted from the lottery
Please TRIPLE CHECK your email is correct when you register.
Please monitor your email and spam email on lottery draw days.
ANY AND ALL UNCLAIMED TICKETS WILL GO INTO THE NEXT LOTTERY DRAW. If you do not claim your tickets in time YOU MISS OUT. No exceptions. Dont sleep!
- Registration OPENS 11AM Wednesday 5th March
- Registration CLOSES 11PM Wednesday12th March
FIRST lottery drawn 11am Friday 14th March
FIRST lottery closes 11PM Thursday 20th March
SECOND lottery drawn 11AM Friday 21st March
SECOND lottery closes 11PM Wednesday 26th March
THIRD lottery drawn 11AM Thursday 27th March
THIRD lottery closes 11PM Wednesday 2nd April
(Third lottery will only be drawn if there are still tickets available)
FOR ALL TICKET HOLDERS
WRISTBANDS can be collected from the gate from 11am to 4pm on the 5th April
