INVOLVEMENT WITH RE-ORIENTATION WEEK MARKET DAY
Emma (OUSA events coordinator) approached Laura regarding Market Day happening July 15th in Union Hall. She suggested that it could be mutually beneficial for the executive to set up a stall in the MCR at the entrance to Union Hall during Market Day. Depending on what is available in the budget, the exec could give out free hot chocolate, similar to what was offered during the Relay 4 Life event earlier this year. This could serve as personable interaction with the students, the opportunity to use as a drop in session and also help to welcome people looking for Market Day and in directing them to Union Hall.
  GENERAL BUSINESS
  24 Hour Study Centre
The 24 hour Study Centre was a resounding success with positive feedback from both staff and students.

Next meeting date Friday the 1st July at 2pm.
