As attached. The final copy with the two signatures will be presented at the next meeting with a couple more amendments ready for the common seal.
END OF YEAR PARTY
This is generally held at the end of October for the Executive to thank the many volunteers, committee members and stakeholders for their contributions throughout the year. Could the Exec’ please give this consideration to a suitable date for the next meeting?

The list of previous recipients were sent around the executive. The overall choice was made clear. The Secretary will notify them after the meeting.

AUGUST GRADUATIONS
Owing to Covid-19 preventing students to graduate in person there is an extra graduation ceremony being planned in August.15th and 29th August at 3pm.
There will be a parade at 1.30pm where four people will be required to carry the banners. If the Executive wish to sit on the stage please let Jack know.
GENERAL BUSINESS
A national harm reduction programme – Jack Manning is leading a group to work on harm reduction, substance testing will be included. He would value the Exec’s input so let him know if you wish to be involved.
Bill & Bill – the ducks have returned to campus and Michaela and Emily are keen to find a way OUSA can formally adopt them. Perhaps they could be our official mascots. They will look into formalising OUSA’s relationship with the ‘Bills’ and report back to the Executive with their ideas.
Flatting Mags – Jack Saunders was delighted to announce all the flatting magazines have been distributed now. The Campus and Collegiate Life Services staff have high praise for this great mag. Well done Critic and Jack Saunders.
