Belly Dancing for Women
WHAT ITS ABOUT
Add some excitement to your semester with this fun and dynamic belly dancing class! You’ll learn foundational movements like waist locks, hip shifts, and smooth circular motions while gaining control of your upper body.
We’ll focus on blending these steps seamlessly to create a fluid and graceful dance style. You’ll also explore different belly dancing rhythms, giving you the tools to develop your own unique flair. Whether you’re new to dancing or looking for something different, this class is the perfect way to have fun and learn something new!
REQUIREMENTS
Bring a water bottle and comfortable gym clothes for the dance class. You can also bring a lightweight scarf to wrap around your hips, but it's optional.

A LITTLE ON THE FACILITATOR
Elkhansa (Hansa), is a PhD student studying chemistry. They have a great passion for mornings, smiles, music, and dancing. Hansa has been practicing belly dancing since she was 7 years old, and loves sharing the joy, confidence, and strong feminine energy that belly dancing can provide to everybody.
