WHAT ITS ABOUT

Always wanted to give Paddleboarding a go? Nows your chance! We will provide the paddleboard, so no need to invest, just come along and Bex will teach you the basics, along with going over some water safety so that you can be more confident on the water.

REQUIREMENTS

Please bring a towel, wear togs and a wetsuit if you have one. You don't need any experience or ability, it is for any level.

We do not offer transport, however there is a bus route that goes out to MacAndrew Bay - you want the Number 18 bus to Portabello - take the first bus on Saturday morning - you will arrive in Macandrew Bay at 9:01am - Bex (the tutor) will wait for the bus to arrive before starting class.

A LITTLE ON THE FACILITATORS

Bex runs the activities programme for highschool students to get them out of their comfort zone to try new activities. She previously was a tourist guide taking adventure trips around NZ. And is now a qualified paddle boarding instructor who is passionate about the water and helping people to reach their goals.
